With fantastic outdoor space for walks, great local restaurants, great country pub opposite, local events, nature reserves and Shipley Glen. The house has everything you may need including super comfy beds! With Saltaire on our doorstep and easy access to Leeds/Bradford as well as Otley, Howarth, Ilkley and Skipton. The space A luxurious 4 bedroom original cottage with wood burning stove for those cosy evenings in on colder nights. With 5 king size beds and a double - all super comfy with luxury pillows - a TV in each room there is plenty of space to sleep and relax. There's plenty of living space downstairs as well as a fenced pet secure very private garden. Unwind in the hot tub at the end of the day, watch TV or enjoy a fantastic meal whilst making use of our ridiculously fast WiFi. Guest access With full access to the entire house, you will have everything you could possibly need! As you enter from street level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom - suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Moving downstairs to find a large living space with living room, large conservatory/dining/work area and an ample kitchen. With washers/dryers in the utility you can ensure you get everything done before you leave too! Other things to note Please note there is a 10pm-6am quiet time so the house is not suitable for very loud groups and events/parties are strictly forbidden invalidating the booking without refund. The main thing is being considerate to our neighbours, so if you have something in mind just ask if Fern Cottage would be suitable for your needs. There are security cameras at the front and side of the house as well as a G-doorbell. They are only monitored when needed (e.g. at checkin and checkout) otherwise only checked if any security issues arose during your stay. We also use noise level monitors to ensure parties do not happen. The building at the rear is used for storage only. There's a secure bike store at the rear. Safe for pets with secure fence. Where possible we aim to limit waste and use eco friendly products.
