Food and drink , beach towels, sunscreen. We have some movies for you to choose from for all ages! We're super close to groceries and interstate 75N. It is a total of 632 square feet. Please treat this home as you would your own. We love spending time in our tiny home and we want to share the experience! 1st bedroom: Queen 2nd bedroom: Bunk bedroom (double/twin) Loft: Queen mattress Cell phone service can be very limited unless you have Verizon (works best on front and back porches). We have been notified by a recent renter though that you can use straight talks or Crickets WiFi hotspot for internet accessibility. *NOTE: there is NO running water in the winter months, due to pipes potentially freezing* Welcome baskets can only be confirmed via Venmo or PayPal payment.
