This quiet accommodation in the countryside is ideal for up to 6 people, family, friends or colleagues. It is easily accessible by the A20 highway (exit 12 or 13), about 10 minutes from the city by car, the Balsan'éo aquatic center, the Golf du Val de l'Indre, 15 minutes from the CNTS (National Sports Shooting Center) and 1 hour from Beauval. Possibility of having an extra bed on request. The space It is entirely on one level and consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and two large bedrooms with beds of 180 cm, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet. Possibly an extra bedroom with a 140 cm bed (upon request). Large outdoor area with free parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoors. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
