Our camper is a top of the line, striking silver, T6 VW campervan, fitted with a pop-top roof and comes with all the mod cons that you would expect. Equipped with a superb heating system, our VW campervan will keep you very cosy and warm, and is available to hire all year round! It can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children. Yes. All our prices include ‘Fully Comprehensive Insurance’ within the UK for one driver age 21-79. A second driver may be added (Optional Extra) to the policy providing they meet the necessary requirements at an extra cost. £500 deposit refundable on return of the van, granted there is no damage to van. Driver requirements You will need to have held a full UK driving licence for at least two years or a full European Union Licence for at least two years. Additional criteria: • two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each). • Single 6 point SP30, SP50 and CU80 are acceptable subject to an additional £1000 excess. All other 6 points+ offences will require referral to the insurers. • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years Can I leave my car with you while I am away? Yes. You may leave your vehicle with us free of charge but at your own risk. We ask you to leave your car keys with us in case your car alarm goes off, or should we need to move it, only if necessary. What time can I collect and return the campervan? You can collect your campervan from 10 am on the morning of your hire. This allows you all day to enjoy getting to your destination! You MUST return your campervan prior to 10am on the day of return. Please allow sufficient time to get back to our office. If for genuine reasons you cannot get to us at the stipulated time, please let us know as soon as possible by telephone, and alternative arrangements may be made. What if I damage the campervan or am involved in a road accident? Our main concern is that all of your party are ok. If you are involved in a road accident we ask that you contact the Police to report it and are guided by them in any procedures that are required. We understand that genuine minor bumps and scrapes can happen and do not want you to spend your holiday worrying about telling us! We ask that you contact us straight away, as this will not only allow you to continue your adventure at ease, but will also allow us to prepare for any repair to the campervan on your return. What happens if I breakdown? Our campervans are fully covered by roadside recovery and relay. If however, the problem cannot be resolved quickly by these means, please call us and we will make arrangements to get you back on the road as soon as we can. You will have a telephone number in your campervan pack on which we can be contacted 24hrs a day.
