The space • The total space is big enough to accommodate a maximum of 3 people: - 1 double bed in the Bedroom - very comfortable and easy-to-make sofa bed in the spacious living room. • The apartment has a spacious terrace covered with openable glass (only front, not roof). It gives a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. On this terrace, there is a sofa set and seats to enjoy beautiful sunset moments with your loved ones. • All rooms have AC. • Smart TV with YouTube and NetFlix. (you need to login your own Netflix account) • Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer, oven, toast maker, kettle, fridge, gas stove) • Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This is the only bathroom in the apartment and Bathroom is lower ceiling as this is rooftop apartment. • Fast internet for online remote workers, and digital nomads. • There is a nearby taxi station, big supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, rent a car, money exchange, ATMs, tourist sim card points, literally whatever you need just 5 mins walk away from our apartment. The best restaurants/ cafes are just within a 5-10 mins walk from our apartment. • Ramada Hotel facilities are nearby, 1 min walk. You can use their private beach club, and infinity pool for additional daily fee. Daily fee differs on every month. So better to ask to reception. • There is a great, big park just a 2 min walk from our home. There is also a spectacular sea viewpoint which is just 3 mins walk away. The park is called Karaalioglu Park; the most beautiful park on the cliffs in Antalya! Looking forward to hosting you soon, Guest access You have the whole apartment and terrace for yourself. Please feel at home and enjoy it. Other things to note - We have weak wall isolation in the building. If you are super sensitive about noise from outside environment that I can't control, please consider this before booking. - In the bedroom side wall, in upper parts, some area of the wall, we have plaster correlation on the wall cosmetically, you can see it in the bedroom photos here. Please consider this cosmetic thing, before booking. I don’t refund when you complain about this minor thing after check-in. - Bathroom ceiling is lower compared to living room ceiling as this is rooftop apartment, its normal. Please consider this before booking. - Glass roof of the terrace can’t be opened. Also window shades on the glass roof can’t be moved! Only you can open front glass in the terrace area. Please consider this before booking. - Wooden floor in the kitchen area makes a bit noise when you walk on it, its ok and you don’t need to worry about it. By booking our property, you agree that you did read all these notes above before booking and after check-in any of the complaints regarding above notes can’t be a reason to give you any refund. We have strict no refund policy on this matter. Thanks for your understanding. HOUSE RULES below - Quiet hours after 10 pm evening until 10 am in the morning. Please keep quiet and respect neighbors between these hours! - No smoking inside the apartment! In case of violation of this rule, we will charge you for the smoke odor removal service as a extra cleaning fee after check-out. - Strict NO PARTY/ events/ gatherings policy! - Only registered visitors are allowed in the home.
