It is the perfect destination for family and friends to enjoy the many activities the lake and surrounding areas have to offer.  The property is 9 miles from the beautiful city of Canandaigua where you will find excellent shopping and restaurants. Situated on the water's edge of Canandaigua Lake, this home is exceptional for a multi-family vacation! There are 9 parking spots for your use. This lake house is the absolute perfect vacation spot for multi-family celebrations, retreats and just all being together with a 100 ft lake view. Sleeps 22 guests! Relax, Refresh, and Renew!   Dock your boat for $75/day per day. 2 Boat Maximum! BOOKING FRIDAY - FRIDAY JULY & AUGUST MONTHS! Other things to note Our home cannot be rented to an adult group 25 years of age or younger.  Young adults and children are always welcome with their parents or guardians. Please confirm the adults in your group is over the age of 25, what brings you to the Finger Lakes Region, if you are planning to invite any additional friends or family which would exceed our maximum overnight guests of 24 during your visit? There is no smoking in the house.  There is a designated smoking area outside.  Pets are not allowed. Alcohol is not to be served to persons under the age of 21 while on the property.   CAMPING IS NOT PERMITTED
