With a very cozy and inviting atmosphere, our apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. Relax on the sunny balcony, enjoy the beautiful cathedral view with a glass of wine or explore the numerous restaurants and shops of the neighborhood on foot. We look forward to seeing you soon in Stadtfeld Ost. The space The apartment is flooded with light and offers a beautiful view of the cathedral. The large living/dining area invites you to relax in the evening with TV streaming and a Teufel sound system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment The open kitchen/living room is fully equipped (stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and offers plenty of space for cooking together with the whole family. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed 140 × 200 cm for a total of 6 people. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a large double bed 180 × 200 cm and has a large dresser with light effects as well as access to the sunny balcony. A bench with table is available on the balcony. In bedroom 2 there is a large bed 1.40 × 200 cm as well as a large closet with sufficient storage space as well as a small reading corner. On request, the large cozy sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping option. The sofa bed offers an additional sleeping area of 140 × 200 cm, so that up to 6 people could sleep relaxed in the 3 rooms (only by arrangement). For our little guests, we offer a baby crib (on request) as well as a high chair and games. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a new washer and dryer. A clothes rack, ironing board and iron complete the offer. The apartment is quietly located and invites you to relax on the balcony. Guest access Access to the apartment is flexible via a key box. Other things to note Right outside the front door are several restaurants and cafes. The city center can be easily reached by bus or tram in about 10 minutes. The stops are within walking distance. By bike, it is less than 10 minutes to the train station. Supermarkets (e.g. Edeka, Kaufland) and shops serving everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity.
