Spacious (100 m2) and bright apartment in a charming Alsatian village, at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile. Close to hiking trails and the Voie Verte, the Echappée Verte is ideally located for nature lovers. Its central geographical location allows you to explore the Wine Route, Obernai and its surroundings, Strasbourg, Colmar and many tourist sites. The large terrace of this duplex offers a magnificent view of Mont Sainte-Odile. The space The apartment, located in a quiet area, offers a magnificent view of Mont Sainte-Odile and has a maximum capacity of eight people. This fully renovated duplex with all the comforts includes a hallway with a large closet, and three bedrooms (Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm x 200 cm with a desk and a wardrobe, Bedroom 2: double sofa bed, Bedroom 3: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm). A fully equipped spacious kitchen – dining room (oven, stove, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, griddle + utensils, mixer, scale, pie and cake mold and various utensils, including children's dish set, dish towels, hand towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges). The living room invites you to relax with its three-seat convertible sofa (possibility of two extra beds). From the living room you can access a balcony. On the top floor of the apartment, a terrace, with extendable garden table (8 people), garden chairs, side table on which you have the option to put the plancha, large parasol and two deck chairs/lounge chairs, will offer you the opportunity to relax. Large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, bath towels (bath capes for children and child step), basic amenities (hair dryer, toilet paper, tissues). A laundry room adjoining the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, second sink + mirror + shelf. Ironing board + iron. For your comfort, slippers (washable) are provided and must remain in the accommodation. Baby equipment on request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub, toilet reducer, baby potty/toilet) Possibility of setting up a safety gate in the living room at the level of the staircase leading to the lower level. Parking spaces (free) on the property in front of the apartment. Wi-Fi access. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher The accommodation is located above a company's offices with partial view of the depot. Guest access The apartment is fully available to guests. Baby equipment is free but must be requested. Our house is located on the same property as the building where the apartment is located. Please let us know your arrival time two days prior to your arrival (expected arrival between 10am and 7pm). In case of delay, in order to be able to accommodate you in the best conditions, a courtesy call will be welcome for organizational purposes. We will give you a tour of the premises, and are here to help if you have any questions or need additional information to make your stay pleasant. In case of late arrivals, we can offer a packed lunch service that will be charged.
