Private First Floor with Kitchen, Lounge & Bedroom

Relax in our first floor flat while we’re away, which you’ll have all to yourself during your stay. The space is a private kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Access through the shared main entrance, but once upstairs it’s entirely yours. We live in the house with our parents, who occupy the ground floor. Our friendly dog also lives downstairs, though you’ll only meet him if you’d like. Nearby are The Golden Ball, Hellfire Caves & Chiltern Hills walks, easy links to town & London trains. The space Guests have exclusive use of the entire first floor, including a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Access is via the main entrance and up a narrow, steep staircase, so the space may not suit those with mobility limitations. Our large dog, Ziggy, lives downstairs with us—he’s friendly and people-loving, but won’t enter your private space. You may hear his big bark on arrival, but only if you’d like to meet him will you see him! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire first floor, including their own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Access is through the shared main entrance and up the staircase. The ground floor is for hosts only and not accessible unless agreed in advance. During your stay The residents at Dashwood Avenue (Richard & Ingrid) will be on hand to help should you need! Their contact details will be provided on the Welcome Pack once booking is complete. Furthermore, you can contact me through the Air BnB app at anytime.
