Surrounded by a unique panorama, our apartment house is very centrally located on the edge of the center of Maria Alm. In one to two minutes' walk you can reach the center of Maria Alm with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, cafes, post office, banks... The space In our family business, we offer 3 different types of apartments: comfort apartment (newer kitchens with dishwasher), classic apartments (somewhat cheaper, but older kitchens without dishwasher) and our inexpensive studio. Kitchen info: All our kitchens are equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, etc.). Even dish towels, Wettex, sponge, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets are provided. In terms of food, on the other hand, they are NOT equipped, so no oil, salt, pepper, etc.! Guest access Each guest has free access to our two leisure rooms (fitness room with various sports and cardio equipment and game room with billiards, ping-pong and foosball) Other things to note Please pay close attention to the following information to avoid mistakes and disappointments: 1. Dear guests, we kindly point out that all dishes must be washed clean, the garbage disposed of and the apartment left in a tidy condition upon departure.
