Granite countertops in the both upstairs and downstairs kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals, including an air fryer, Keurig K -Cafe Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino maker and plenty of counter top space! The downstairs bathroom has new marble countertop and new faucets and bowls. Tempur-pedic bedding in Master bedroom. Other fun amenities include 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for the renter's use. Water level on the lake begins lowering around July 4, however this property has a "chase the water" system, so you should always be able to get to your boat.
