The Cottage on Mulligan's Pond offers serene living with a farm experience. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, full bath with walk-in shower, living room, a glass garage door that opens to a screened porch overlooking the pond, and an upper-level deck to catch some sun or relax with coffee or a cocktail. In the upstairs bedroom is a built-in work area. While there is a woodstove in the photographs, guest are no longer allowed to build a fire in the home due to insurance restrictions. The space The pictures show the property well - everything you will need to enjoy the comfort of this cottage. Guest access All parts of the cottage and enjoying the nearly 180 acres! Other things to note Dogs are welcome. The property is not designed nor conducive for young children. While there is a woodstove in the photographs, guest are no longer allowed to build a fire in the home. We had a devastating fire in one of our other AirBnB's in February 2024 and our insurance no longer allows for this option.
