Butterfly House

Enjoy the sounds of the river while watching an array of tropical birds and butterflies from your private patio. Located on a nature reserve right beside the river where the water runs fast and clean enough to swim in you will be submerged into the jungle life of Puerto Vallarta. Located only a 20-30 minute drive down to the ocean you can enjoy the peacefulness being out of the city brings. 🦋 The space The apartment is newly built spacious and sparkling clean with a classic yet modern Mexican look. Equipped with a full kitchen and all supplies needed to cook or enjoy coffee at home. Guest access Two outdoor common areas for grilling or dining. We are right beside the river you can also dine there if you please! The building is quiet with only 3 apartments. One being occupied by the building manager who can assist with any questions. Please note there are approximately 60 steps of stairs to climb to the apartment. It is not rough and steep but important to know for those with challenges :-) Other things to note We can only accommodate two adults with our one bed however if you have a child they are absolutely welcome. It is a wonderful area for children to enjoy.
