Welcome to "Philomène", one of the 4 cottages of an old presbytery from 1868. My husband Bruno and I have carefully renovated these cottages to offer you a comfortable stay for two or alone. In this 3-star cottage, you will have access to: • 1 courtyard with garden furniture: electric barbecue, land access • 1 living room with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher), TV with Netflix • 1 bathroom • 1 bedroom with double bed House and/or bath linen rental €10 per kit. Cleaning option: €60 The space The accommodation is located in the small hamlet of La Piguière (between Malepeyre's hoof and the Sublime point). It is ideal for a vacation for two or with a baby (possibility of baby (under 2 years old) cot and high chair on request). On the ground floor, you'll find: - 1 living room with fully equipped kitchenette - Wood burning stove heating included with wood provided (electric heating possible in supl according to current rate) - 1 Netflix smart TV - 1 fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) - Kitchen maintenance products provided Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 Linens provided and beds made upon arrival - Bathroom with vanity, shower, hair dryer, washing machine - Separate toilet - Sanitary products provided Outside: - 1 courtyard with outdoor seating - 1 electric grill - 1 free access to the back Add-ons: - Cleaning €60 - Linen rental and/or bath €10 per kit Possibilities of twinning with our other cottages (2 other cottages for 4 people each) Guest access 8 km from La Canourgue with all shops and the A75. 18 km from La Malène (Tarn Gorges).Very quiet hamlet, with pine forest, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers and hikers with hiking departures (Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others). Parking is available. Other things to note WEEKLY RENTAL JULY AND AUGUST FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - RENTAL Minimum 2 NIGHTS low season: MARCH - APRIL - MAY - JUNE - SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER - NOVEMBER - The accommodation is located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by pine forests, ideal for nature lovers, mountain biking and walking hikers with several hiking departures (crossing with the Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others). Not far from the accommodation is a beautiful church that you can visit. Note: - This is a non-smoking listing - Pets not allowed - Possibilities of pairing with our other cottages - There is no wifi but a very good 4G connection - - The church bell does not ring at night. - We are there and will be happy to meet you.
