Charming local's apartment

Welcome to a charming, authentic and local apartment, 5 minutes walking distance from Avenida de América, one of Madrid's main metro and bus stations, with a direct bus to the airport. The apartment has just been renovated and I am looking for someone to help watch the apartment while I am away over the summer :) The apartment has one Queen sized bed and another sofa bed, so between 1-4 people can sleep comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shared terrace.
