The space The house consists of a large living room with kitchen open to the dining room and living room. It is fully equipped. The bedroom on the ground floor is pleasant thanks to the 160 x 200 bed and its en-suite shower room. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a play area for children (with games and books) on the landing, as well as a bathroom. All bedrooms offer storage space. There's a workspace in one of them. All bedding is from 2023. The laundry room, adjoining the kitchen, has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a storage space. Outside, you will have access to the terrace and its table where you can accommodate 8 guests. It is partly covered, adjoining the paved courtyard and the garden. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue area. In the garden, children can play on the turnstile. The whole place is fenced. For families, a travel crib, high chair and children's cutlery are available. Guest access Tenants will have access to the whole house, its terrace and garden.
