The space The house is 4 bedrooms and sleep: 8 adults and 2 children, maximum 10. Bedroom 1 : large double has a ensuite and can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children with a sofa bed in the room, but the sofa bed is only big enough for children. Bedroom 2 : is a huge master bedroom it shares the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 : large double which has twin beds, so can be set up as a double or twin, it also shares the family bathroom but does have its own sink. Bedroom 4: is a small room that can accommodate 2 with a bunk bed (equivalent to 2 adult size single beds) , it has its own ensuite. We have the ability to accommodate 8 adults & 2 children. The sofa bed for children can be set up on bedroom 1 or 2 as you wish. Other wise it’s 4 bedrooms and very comfortable for 8. Huge living room with garden views & fireplace. Brand new open plan, kitchen dinner and lounge facing onto the pool and surrounding views and garden. The kitchen opens up completely with sliding doors onto the naya where you can sit for meal times, you can also directly access the pool and the terrace which has multiple eating and lounging areas. The kitchen has glass sliding doors into a further living room which can be used as a play room or kept open and integrated as part of the kitchen area. The dinning table seats 12. The kitchen island has stools for 6 people making it a very versatile space and very convivial for eating, chatting and socialising. The entire space is extremely bright and airy. With ceiling fans ans sliding windows mens this space is comfortable year round. The kitchen also directly accesses the utility room which is. A great space for food preparation, perfect for a chef to prepare meals if you are using the kitchen for entertaining. Chefs can be sourced and booked if you require. An extra fridge for drinks and extra food is also here along with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside directly from the kitchen is a beautiful covered naya / terrace with dinning table and views into the garden and surrounding countryside. A further two dinning tables are situated Outside on the patio, this allows you to choose your eating area based on the sun or shade, which ever you prefer. There are 8 sun loungers available Around the pool. Next to the pool is a further seating area with fire pit. In total are 7 different areas to sit and enjoy, allowing groups to have privacy and space if they desire. There is also an outside bbq area with coal bbq. Inflatables are available. Upstairs with direct access from two of the bedrooms is a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside. This balcony gives direct views of sunrise and sunset.
