Glarner Bed

Welcome to the Glarus region! Our beautiful apartment (about 80 m²) is located on the 3rd floor, just above our own apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and a spacious, south-facing terrace, with beautiful views of the Glarus Alps. We are in a quiet location in a child-friendly neighborhood. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Glarner Bed. The space You can park your vehicle/bike in the carport. We have an electric charging station for electric vehicles (cost: CHF 0.40/kW) Our 4.5 room apartment is about 80 m² and very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and fridge, including freezer. The balcony (35 m²) is south facing and offers enough space to barbecue or simply chill out. In the living room, there is a TV with access to the Internet and Netflix. Wi-Fi, coffee & tea are provided for free. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used at any time. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. My partner Reto and I live in the same house, on the first floor. If needed, we are happy to help you with any questions, planning and activities related to your stay. Other things to note The bus station is about a 3-minute walk away. The nearest shops and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. In our village there is a small shop with many regional products, but its opening hours may vary depending on holidays and public holidays. The beautiful Lake Klöntal can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. For the hiking regions of Elm/Braunwald you need about 20 minutes by car/public transport. In the city of Glarus, various offers of sightseeing and guided city tours can be arranged. For bad weather, the Lintharena is available with a versatile offer (about 15 minutes by car).
