The flat sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms: ∙ Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed (with wall-mounted TV) ∙ Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (sleeping 2) Living Room The living area is the centrepiece of the flat, decorated in the property’s signature dramatic style with dark walls, statement furnishings, and curated plants. It features a 55” smart TV with a soundbar, comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, and heating throughout. The private entrance leads directly into the property, adding to the sense of having your own self-contained retreat. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and home cooking. It includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and wine glasses are all provided. Bathroom There is one bathroom serving the property, fitted in keeping with the flat’s boutique style. It includes a shower, WC, and wash basin, along with complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. Laundry An iron and ironing board are provided within the flat. There is no washing machine on the premises; however, a laundromat is located nearby for guests staying longer term. Outdoor Space The flat benefits from a private patio area with outdoor dining furniture, making it well suited to warmer evenings or a morning coffee outside. Portable fans are also available for use during warmer months. Parking There is a free car park located approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the property, behind the local shops. Please note that on-site parking at the property is not provided; guests are advised to use the nearby car park for a straightforward experience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat, including all rooms, the kitchen, bathroom, and private outdoor space. The property is accessed via a lockbox located by the front door — the code will be shared ahead of arrival to ensure a smooth and flexible check-in. The flat has its own private entrance, so guests come and go entirely independently throughout their stay. Other things to note Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee — please enquire after booking. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay, and cleaning during a longer stay can also be arranged. Luggage drop-off prior to check-in is welcome subject to availability. Long-term stays are accepted. The flat is suitable for children and infants. A travel cot is available on request — please note that guests will need to bring their own cot linen. A high chair can also be left in the property on request.
