Cowichan Bay is perfect for those who love the water and a sense of community in a cozy fishing village. Great for fishing salmon and shellfish. The cottage is a 5 minute drive from the village of Cowichan Bay where you'll find shops and restaurants. We are 15 minutes from the town of Duncan and 45 minutes from Victoria. The space Designed for 13 people, this 5 bedroom cottage has a queen size bed and a small laptop desk and chair in each room. There is a sofa bed in each living area, one can sleep 2 people and the other can sleep 1 person. We can provide linens for the sofa bed if needed for a fee. This unit is a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom unit attached to create this 5 bedroom unit. With separate entrances if needed and an interior door that connects the two units. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, extra linens and small appliances. Balcony patio with outdoor dining and bbq, big lawn for yard games and fire pit right along the water. Guest access There are 4 parking spots in total, 2 in the front of each unit. Other things to note This studio cottage is on a marina. There may be other guests on the property/dock. If you booked for 12 people people or less and would like extra linens for the sofa bed please advise us in advance.
