It accommodates up to 30 guests for overnight (20 in beds and the rest in mattresses). The amount listed is for up to 16 guests and may be adjusted according to the number of guests. For events, up to 60 additional guests are allowed, totaling up to 90 people on site (including staff and guests), with prior authorization. About Next Beaches: It is only 1 hour and 30 minutes from São Paulo, with easy access to the stunning beaches of the Riviera, Juquehy, Maresias and more. About House Usage Types: • Celebrate special moments such as weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays and corporate events in our exclusive space. Our house is often used by companies that organize major events, where they draw from 30 to 60 tickets for some participants, who gather in our home for lunches and networking dinners. • It is also a highly sought-after venue for gatherings of diverse groups, such as students on study trips, childhood friends gathered to recall good times, family farm events and even dog gatherings, where pets can run and play freely. • It is also used for fashion industry photo shoots and liberal couples' gatherings, providing a private and luxurious atmosphere for intimate moments. • Clip recording. • Reality TV Recording. • The house is rented to guests who will be attending events near the house. Extras Services Offered by the House: We offer extra services such as massages, cleaning, cook and security for events to make your stay even more special. Guest access "All areas of the house can be used, except the outside area of the garden where the hut and the swing of flowers are located. This region is considered a preserved area of forest, habitat of several species of lush animals and plants, including monkeys and other enchanting animals. Therefore, its access is restricted. Any activity or service in this area must be previously agreed with the owner. It is only allowed to use for quick photography sessions. It is important to note that this service is charged separately, as an employee will need to be provided to accompany the photoshoot in the hut area and the swing of flowers." If you wish to hold events, parties or gatherings, an additional fee of R$ 5,000.00 will be charged, upon prior communication and authorization. We have strict control of people entering and leaving through external cameras and support staff. Example: If the house is rented to 15 people and unregistered guests enter (even if only to “see the house”), a fee of R$300 to R$500 per person per night will be charged. We ask for full transparency regarding the number of people who will use the property. If unauthorized entry of people or non-compliance with the rules is identified, and the additional amount is not paid immediately, the guest must leave the property immediately, and the case may be referred for legal measures. 💡 We recommend taking the issue of the number of people in the house very seriously, to avoid inconvenience and ensure a quiet and pleasant stay for everyone.
