The space Our garden room stands alone, about 10 m from the main house, is solidly built with a large glass front to the garden and insect screens in front of windows and doors. There are practically no neighbors, the road is 150 m away, you can only hear the birds and squirrels in the garden and the quiet splash of the water in the fish pond. There is no air conditioning, not even in the main house, because at night there is a very pleasant sleeping climate even without air conditioning and a fan is sufficient. The water for showering has a natural temperature of 26 - 28 degrees without a heater, the TV is only used to watch DVDs, we only use the Internet on our mobile phones (SIM cards can be purchased for about 10euros per month in every minimarket and every restaurant, bar or beach place has Wi-Fi). This also eliminates such noise disturbances in the garden. The only other person living on the property is the owner, who takes care of the garden and repairs handbags for evening sales in his workshop. Guest access Our guests are allowed to use the entire garden, the outdoor kitchen, 3 sanitary areas, the open garden pavilion with sofa and hammock in which you can also sleep outdoors with a mosquito tent, as well as the terrace and bathroom of the main house. Other things to note We have enjoyed the 800 m² tropical garden paradise we have created in recent years and now want to share it with interested guests. With guests who like simplicity, tranquility and life in and with nature, who see this possibility as the special thing about our offer and can do without a little comfort of a city apartment. The garden is located in a quiet, low-traffic and loosely built-up zone, surrounded by gardens and agricultural areas, and yet you can be almost anywhere in a few minutes. It is 3.7 km to Jomtien Beach, only 2.7 km to Charknok Lake (there you can enjoy the evening breeze with a beer at sunset behind the high-rise buildings by the sea or barbecue, feed the friendly dogs, locals come to fish, do sports, run or let their parrots fly). Small shops are only 500 m away, only 1 km to several 7-11 mini markets, restaurants, supermarkets and the large, new, inviting market hall. The airport bus, the super large swimming pool included for use, the hustle and bustle of the bars and Pattaya Walking Street are each about 6-7 km away. The ride with a Bolt app taxi costs about 2-3 euros each.
