This downtown guest house is a 5 minute walk to downtown Fort Myers. The guest house cottage has its own private entrance and is it’s own unit. There is another house on the property with a separate entrance. The only shared space is the laundry room. Enjoy citrus, avocado, and mango trees on the property. The space This is a small unit but has everything you will need and love! Full size appliances, walk in shower in the bathroom and a queen bed. There is a cute sitting / eating area in the front.
