The perfect holiday flatlet on the exclusive Boschenmeer Golf Estate which is central to the Winelands of the Western Cape. Seperate entrance and private from the main home this is a perfect self catering apartment to base yourself for playing golf, running on the estate, exploring the numerous winefarms and wonderful restaurants of Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch and a 45 minute drive from central Cape Town and the international airport. A 1 month minimum stay per estate rules. The space The flatlet is secure, private, and very comfortable. It has a private patio, allowing guests to enjoy relaxing, reading, having morning coffee, dinners etc, all outside without the worry of interruption. The patio looks out onto the pool and the 16th fairway of the golf course, which is always entertaining. The flatlet has a kitchen, large lounge space, with couch and TV, and the bedroom has an en-suit bathroom that has a shower. The flat was recently renovated, so bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, are all great quality. R 500 cleaning fee is for weekly linen change and clean and post stay deep clean, however option for weekly general cleaning is available at additional cost. Guest access Guests can access the flatlet, and the pool area, however the main house and area infront of main house, is of course private to the host. Other things to note Although the Winelands has some of the best restaurants in the country, ask the host for recommendations, there is also a restaurant at the club house that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, should you not want to cook or drive out of the estate. The estate is on a golf course, so the option to book golf and go to the driving range, is of course there, but golf isn't the only activity, so non-golfers are more than welcome. The estate is great for running, cycling, and has tennis courts. There is also a pilates studio, private trainer, communal pool, and a physiotherapist should you need. There is also a beautician and hairdresser at the clubhouse.
