Large vacation home with sauna and hot tub

The house is located in the "Kempenbos" park. It is a quiet park in the woods. Via an unpaved road, you reach the vacation home, and in the morning you are awakened by the birds. Next to the park (100m walk) is "Duc de Brabant" of Landal Greenparcs. You can use the facilities for free, such as: swimming pool, restaurant, shop, bar, playground. Bed linen and towels are available on request. The space Through the entrance with toilet you enter the cozy living room with dining area. The living room has a rustic wooden oak floor and has an attractive appearance due to the spacious layout and light. The dining area seats 8 people. Next to the dining area is a classic/modern kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. The bar offers an excellent opportunity to have breakfast in the morning or to have a drink in the evening. The bathroom has a whirlpool, double sink, toilet, underfloor heating and a shower cabin. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom (12 m2) with a double bed. On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom of 14m2 with a double bed and one bedroom of 30m2 with 4 single beds and a walk-in closet. Also on this floor is a separate toilet with a sink. The double beds have a double duvet and the single beds have single duvets. All beds are provided with a flannel underlay and pillows. The garden has a large sun terrace of 65m2 and a sun meadow where you can relax in the summer. Behind the house is a garden house with sauna. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the home. Other things to note The park is not suitable for young people, loud groups of friends, bachelor parties and festival-goers. The park rules do not allow this. This detached vacation home is located on a cozy vacation and recreational park in the village of Baarschot. The Park is a stone's throw from Landgoed "De Utrecht", an extensive nature reserve, where you can enjoy everything nature has to offer. You can cycle to beautiful ponds and plains in 10 minutes, where you can watch deer and birds. You will also find the café-inn "In den Bockenreijder" here, where you can enjoy the local Brabant dishes in a Burgundian atmosphere. From the vacation home, the village of Diessen is easy to reach. The house is also conveniently located in relation to the arterial roads towards Eindhoven and Tilburg. There are numerous tourist attractions in the area, such as the Efteling, Safaripark Beekse Bergen and Indoor Karting Tilburg. The park on which the house is located is car-free. The parking lot is less than 100 meters away. At the entrance to the park, there are carts that you can use to transport your belongings to the vacation home. Towels and bedding are available upon request. After booking, you are requested to pay tourist tax (€2.75 per person, per night) to Karlijn and Twan.
