Come stay at The Mary-Lois! Adorably named and inspired by my own grandmothers, this unique airbnb was designed to walk you down memory lane as a child that grew up in the 80’s and 90’s. It has all the cute touches and decorations of the time and is loaded with amenities. Make some new family memories at this family-friendly place! The space This property was decorated and put together to make you feel like you are spending the night at your Grandma's house! You'll quickly feel cozy with nostalgia and right at home in this fun, clean, and inviting space for friends and family to gather and be comfortable with all the essentials and lots of amenities! On the North side of town with great location. Quick drive to stadium, Campus, Aggieville, shopping and restaurants. NOTE: This property is being thoroughly sanitized and disinfected between each stay. Guest access Self check in and check out. The whole space is yours! Other things to note ***This property is a duplex. The other side of the attached property is also an airbnb. Should you need a space for 6+ please reach out with a message and we can speak about renting both sides of the duplex! Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 11:00AM (Just ask for flexibility and we are happy to accommodate if it's possible!) We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. as well as coffee maker & coffee. Amenities/appliances include: free wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, fridge, oven/stove, toaster, crockpot, dishware, flatware, cooking basics, spices, and more. Pets are allowed, just kindly let us know in your reservation that they are tagging along. We also ask that: *they are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens *kindly pick up the yard for whatever they leave behind *if they are left alone in the property, they be put in a kennel or something so they don't scratch at doors or trim, get on the furniture, or have any accidents (please do NOT leave them outside) *keep them out of the one bedroom that has carpeting and try to prevent accidents on any of the area rugs Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
