The house is perfect for multiple family stays & perfect for 15 people for overnight stays. Any sort of event that may cause noise or disturbance for the neighborhood is strictly prohibited. This is purely a family-oriented neighborhood. The following actions are strictly prohibited indoor or outdoor: Alcohol or liquor Cannabis, cigarettes, vapes or smoking Pork and pork-based foods. The garage is not included. However, a lot of spaces are available on the street and driveway parking. The space The house is spacious, uniquely designed, and represents an ideal home. The extensive living, dining, and kitchen spaces will provide family members with an atmosphere of aspiration and comfort. Guest access The vast living area, dining spaces and the big kitchen are for the guests.
