Casa Petita is not only our house on the beach, it is a special and unique place... where you can disconnect, devour books at sunset in front of the bell tower, see the stars on its magical nights while savoring good local wine and of course diving into the Mediterranean. The space The house has been recently renovated and very thoughtfully decorated by Maria, getting a unique, bright place full of peace. Inside you'll find our favorite books, family recipes, some artwork, and toys for the little ones. The house has a living room with open kitchen and a balcony with spectacular views of the Plaza de la Iglesia de la Asunción (a 16th century walled fortress church). A master bedroom with double bed and balcony to picturesque Bigueta Street, the street with more art and color in the neighborhood. Small children's bedroom with a bunk bed. And a bathroom with a shower tray. Located on the second floor of a historic century-old house. (no elevator). *This home is designed for couples or families with up to 2 children. (We do not allow 4 adults). Other things to note The nature of a commercial and seaside village has defined the particular architecture of Villajoyosa's Old Town architecture, where a SMALL HOUSE is located. Our village is proud to treasure a highly valuable artistic historical ensemble, with a beautiful, labyrinthine setting of streets and alleys that run through this part of the municipality full of iconic buildings, Roman ruins, and medieval walls. One of the most important monuments of the city is the Fortress Church of the Assumption, one of the three churches-fortaleza of the province of Alicante and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. Inside our neighborhood you can from breakfast a rich toast made in one of its cafes, eat in the typical task of the area or dinner at an exquisite restaurant. Only 300m away is the Mercado de Abastos, where you can buy fresh products from the area. And to enjoy the Mediterranean... you just have to take the towel and put on some flip-flops, because it will take a short 2 minutes to get to the beach.
