Protecting Our Neighborhood and Permit This home is a permitted short-term rental, made possible through Tillamook County. Maintaining this permit depends on respecting our neighborhood. Guest actions that disrupt the surrounding community can place our permit at risk. To prevent issues: Violations of County Ordinances or House Rules will result in a $250 fine per infraction. Eviction Without Refund may occur for repeated or serious violations. Neighbor Complaints or actions leading to permit probation or revocation may result in guests being held responsible for damages, including legal or unforeseen costs. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Guest Screening For identity verification and fraud protection, we require all guests to complete a quick, secure screening process through Autohost before their reservation is finalized. The process takes about 3 minutes and requires: A government-issued ID. The credit card used for booking.
