Essentially the garages open up into the shared stairwell, you walk upstairs, and then your unit will be one of the two units at the top of the stairwell. You have access to the entire condo. You have your own two-car garage and shared gym/lounge for the complex. There is free street parking in front of the complex and around the park too if needed. Heat tends to rise in the condo so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower level. This condo is located in a complex of other condos on a bit of a busier road. With them being newly built, they are well insulated and noise doesn't travel easily but from time to time you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud or a slight buzz from the busier street with cars driving by. The neighbor's patios are also very close so if someone is outside on the patio you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and quiet just making sure you're aware this is a complex. Other things to note We DO NOT allow pets! Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
