Wade out to the island in only 18 inches of water. Great for young children to swim and play safely. Just beyond the island the water turns deeper making it superb for boating and floating. The home is minutes from Lake George, Lake George shopping outlets, public golf courses, tennis, bike trails. Gore mountain(skiing)is 35 min, West Mountain(skiing)is 25 min, Killington is 45 Min, Saratoga Race Track is 20 min. For the kids there is The Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom( 10 Min.) and the Great Escape indoor Water Park. Covered Rain porch for outside sitting. Guest access The entire home is available to rent. Other things to note Guests will be required to sign a lease. The owner will provide a lease document prior to the booking request being accepted. The lease will specify house rules and stipulate a cancellation policy that will supersede Airbnb cancellation policies. Security Deposit Policy: Per Airbnb, A Security Deposit of $600 will be charged if there is any damage to the house after checkout. You will not be charged the $600 fee unless we submit a claim following your reservation. Note: We do not provide firewood with the reservation. If there is firewood on the property, guests are more than welcome to use it. We recommend purchasing firewood prior to/during your stay. Fort Ann Super Stop or Cumberland Farms should also have firewood for relatively cheap.
