Welcome to Gîte des Oursons, a renovated old Franche-Comté farmhouse with a garden, terraces, and a play area. 10 minutes from the Dino-Zoo and close to the Loue Valley, enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of nature. We live upstairs, in an independent accommodation, with our two boys, aged 5 and 9. Always available if needed, we know how to be discreet to preserve your tranquility. Ideal for recharging your batteries as a family and discovering the treasures of Franche-Comté. The space Designed for the comfort of families, the fully air-conditioned Gîte des Oursons has many amenities to make you feel at home. ⭐ Everything is included: bed linen, bathroom towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Available in the cottage: High chair, potty, bed rails and step stool for the little ones. Upon request: baby bed. 🍽️ Fully-equipped kitchen Stove with oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter and Tassimo coffee makers, SodaStream, dishes, full set of utensils, household products, raclette, fondue and stone grill machines. Friendly 🛋️ living room Sofa bed (160 × 200), TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, board games, books, children's games, throws, tourist brochures, umbrellas and universal plug. 🛏️ Family room Queen-size bed (160 × 200), bunk bed, TV, hanging space, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. 🚿 Bathroom Double sink, shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, hair straightener, heated brush, washing machine with detergent, welcome products. ⚠️ The beds in the family room are made before your arrival. The sofa bed is made up for 5 or more guests or upon request. ⚠️ Guest access The cottage is located in the back of the house. Access by car is on the right side of the house. Other things to note - Electric car charging is prohibited 🚫 - Access to the cottage (parking) is under video surveillance 🎥
