Home in Écommoy

In this cozy home, you will have a pleasant time. Everything is done to ensure you have an authentic stay with us between your activities and surrounding discoveries. The space Welcome to this small outbuilding reinvented as a studio of about 25 m2. From terracotta tiles to chestnut beams, from poplar panelling to wood and sheep's wool insulation, enjoy an authentic and warm place. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen of 15 m2, a small room with everything you need to cook, rest and possibly sleep (sofa bed). Tiled floors, lime plaster and period openings cut into the tuff stone. Upstairs, you will discover the mezzanine with its 160x200 bed, a warm atmosphere brought by solid wood from floor to ceiling. A large triangular window gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a toilet that gives a glimpse of the old wooden farm, carved a few centuries ago! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio as well as the enclosed garden of about 1500 m2. If needed, guests can use the house's washing machines and dryers and if we are available. Other things to note We provide guests (ask us upon arrival or before if possible!): - Men's and women's bikes + trailer (possibility of bike rental in collaboration with HLC: children's bikes, electric bikes, fat bikes...) - Fishing rods (river 300 m away and some bodies of water on Marigné Laillé and Mayet in particular). - Games and toys for children/adults - Backpacks and hiking/picnic equipment - Ask us if you need anything else!
