Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach front home. Just feet away from the Pacific Ocean waves (no lifeguard on duty). Easily stroll on the beach for miles, no crowds, and beautiful sunsets. Or simply relax at poolside. Stationary exercise bike available for quick work out, as well as yoga mats. This area is remote and away from the crowds, but only about 5 mins from Airport, 6 mi to Barra de Potosi, 8 mi to downtown Zihuatanejo, about 14 mi to Ixtapa. You'll have use of the whole house, full kitchen with 2 refrigerators, gas stove. Open concept Kitchen/Family room with wall to wall glass doors to patio, pool, beach. AC units in each room, ceiling fans in each room. Large Master bedroom with ocean view, stationary exercise bike. Upstairs rooms have King size bed and twin sofa sleeper, closets with organizer and mirrored doors, complete bathroom. Downstairs room has full size bed with twin size bunk. Smart TV's in bedrooms login in to your own streaming accounts. Family room TV is Smart and also has basic local cable. Wifi. Home is on a well and septic system as most houses in this area. Beach towels provided, 3 foldable beach chairs available, and few life vest available. *Note current construcción at lot next-door going on during the day. You'll have access to the whole house and parking space for 2 cars inside and 1 out front. Upon arrival will be coordinated and you will be met by Antonio. Playa Blanca is 8 miles of white, sandy uncrowded beach, with fabulous sunsets. Nearby is Barra de Potosi with a freshwater lagoon, kayaking, bird sanctuary, many restaurants and ocean tours. We are close to the turtle sanctuary, where you can sign up to release a baby turtle. Horseback riding along the beach also available by local businesses. Local transportation is limited in this area. You can call a taxi or during the day there are mini vans that is used as their local bus system. Within walking distance there is a restaurant on either side of our house; El Dorado and La Cangrejera. Must agree and sign rental agreement. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. No lifeguard at beach. Two beach side restaurants within walking distance, small convenience store within walking distance. Bigger grocery shopping can be done at Sam's, Aurora, or Soriana.
