This house is in a spectacular location and has wonderful amenities. It's a short walk to Riley Beach which is a beautiful secluded Lake Michigan beach that not many people know about. It's usually empty and besides being a great daytime fun spot it's an amazing place to watch the sunset. You're only 7 miles from downtown Holland and 17 miles from Grand Haven. Guests have access to the whole house, backyard with fire pit, 2 stall garage & driveway. There is a sandy beach area for sunbathing and castle building on the property. The backyard is very wooded. There's a privacy fence in the backyard and a row of trees separating the house to the North and South so a great amount of privacy. A short walk down Riley street is Lake Michigan! Lakeshore Drive is the street which follows the lake shore and provides access to a multitude of beaches. There are taxis, Uber & Lyft drivers.
