Homemade breakfast on request The space Beautiful newly build traditional-style Macedonian mountain house, featuring 2 big living/sleeping spaces accomodating up to maximum of 5, and a small room for 2. The first open space area on the ground floor (facing the garden and the open air stairs leading to the lower property land with completely untouched nature) has one sofa bed and 2.dining tables for 8 persons. The second living area above it, has a big open living space with a sofa bed (easily turned into a double bed for.2 adults or maybe 1 adl+2 kids), a fireplace, a dining space with a table for 6, a fully equiped kitchen with a big refrigerator and a cooker, one small room with 2 single beds and a toilet. The balcony is overlooking the patio, equiped with a beautiful big table for up to 8, the vegetable and fruit garden, and the huge land and belueve it or not, the city of Skopje in the distance. PLEASE NOTE The property is located up on the mountain of Skopska Crna Gora at 900 m and can be reached either on foot or with an off road/SUV off road vehicle *only*. It's off road for about 3 km on a very steep non asphalt road, after the village of Ljubantsi and the Orthodox Monastery of Saint Nikola. VERY IMPORTANT Please note that due to weather conditions, especially in winter or after rainy days, it is possible that the road is completely closed for traffic meaning *not* possible to be used by any vehicle!!
