Pineapple Key RV-30 miles to beach, FAST wifi!

This is your home base to making family & friend memories in the Emerald Coast located just 30 miles from the beach!! 9ft ceilings in this 5th wheel allow you to not feel cramped like normal pull behind RV’s, 4 way bunk bed, queen bed, and at 32ft with 2 slide outs, it feels like a small home instead of a camper. Wal-mart is only 9 minutes away and 1.5 bathrooms IN THE RV with a nice large gas BBQ grill outside….. plenty of room to park 3 vehicles here if needed!! The space Private Queen size bedroom with closing door, with a main bathroom, and a 2nd closed toilet bathroom and guest sink in the same room as the 4 bunk beds. Guest access Guests have full access to this RV and there’s also a gas BBQ grill outside just for this RV….. Other things to note I allow ANIMALS on a case by base basis. NOT bigger than 30 lbs, NO dangerous breeds, and not more than 2 pets. Please mention your animal and ask me in advance..... if I do approve, it’s $49 for the first animal and $49 for each additional. (You MUST pick up any fecal matter from your animal outside and throw it in the outside trashcan. Animal MUST be on a leash at all times) This is a $49 monthly pet fee for long term stays. If you try to sneak in an animal without paying there is a $250 fee. RV Awnings are NOT allowed to be used, after having 3 different sets of guests tear up awnings on our different RV’s and paying $800-$1400 to repair them we don’t allow them to be used anymore (small thunderstorms can rip them or break them)…. if you use them and tear it up, you are fully responsible. NO SMOKING inside the RV, if smoking occurs there is a $250 smoke mitigation fee to cleanup the RV… This is a mixed RV and manufactured home community so don’t expect an RV park, this is not one.
