Located in the town of Soizy-aux-Bois, between Epernay and Sézanne, the cottage of "L'homme blanc" is conveniently located at a crossroads for multiple tourist discoveries. The cottage of 165 m2, is located on our main property of 3600 m2, in a longhouse with Briard character. The oldest stones date from the 16th century and served as stables for the castle, then as a post house in the Napoleonic era. The property is crossed by a watercourse that bears its name, "Le Ru de l'homme blanc" and adjoining the stables. The cottage has a very comfortable living space as well as a unique fitness area. For trail riders, with our experience (organizing equestrian rallies), we will offer you trails and quality facilities. The entrance to the cottage will be through the main room (41 m²) with a very nice character, including a living area and a fully equipped kitchen area.
