In a prestigious residence, a quiet home that can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is located near the historic center and a stone's throw from the San Bortolo hospital in Vicenza with the convenience of having all the essential services around and a supermarket a stone's throw away. A bike and pedestrian path allows you to take walks surrounded by greenery. Free parking space reserved inside the residence. "Maison papà" is a convenient and comfortable location that makes the guest feel immediately at ease. The space The apartment, located in a prestigious residence, is spread over two levels: it offers two bedrooms on the upper floor, one double and one single, a bathroom with large shower, a living area with a cooking wall complete with everything you need, a large terrace where you can have breakfast overlooking the adjacent Astichello forest. On the lower level there is a large 'suite' with a double bed, a TV relaxation area with a large sofa, a laundry room with a washing machine and a small sink. Wi-Fi available. A reserved and numbered parking space is available for guests inside the residence, accessible from the driveway gate via remote control that will be delivered at check-in. Inside the Residence, equipped with large green spaces, a garden has been created for the exclusive use of children. The apartment is near the historic center just outside the ZTL area and the San Bortolo hospital in Vicenza, convenient to the main ring roads. All essential services and a supermarket are within walking distance. A cycle-pedestrian path in front of the Maison allows walks in the middle of the greenery. N.B. For younger children, a camping cot is available (upon request at the time of booking) and a safety gate is placed in front of the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large elevator. Other things to note Guests, at the time of check-in, must be in possession of valid identification documents (with photo).
