Delightful villa with a large garden and a wonderful swimming pool, located in a quiet village along the coast road that leads from Cagliari to the eastern coast of Sardinia. It is the ideal base for visiting the nearby beautiful beaches of the coast and the city of Cagliari. For sports enthusiasts, it's very close to tennis, sailing, surfing and horse riding centers and the large Diverland water park. There are also interesting routes for bicycle lovers. The space The house is surrounded by a large garden with a solar shower, a gazebo, a drying room, deck chairs and a Sardinian oven. There is a wonderful 8*4 swimming pool (depth 1.30 - 1.80). On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bridge bed and bunk bed, for a total of 7 beds as well as a bathroom with shower. Downstairs, with a window overlooking the garden, there's an open space with living room and kitchen; there is a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The living room leads to a beautiful veranda with opening windows, with an extendable table and a view of the swimming pool. The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, sheets and towels. Parking space in the garden and possibility to park in front of the house.
