I am medically unable to accept your animal. Per Airbnb there is no requirement to disclose ON BOOKING that you have an animal. However, If you show up at the property with an animal, you will be turned away. The space Quiet, spacious Medieval, Tibetan, Nepalese interior decor. International flavor. Patio fireplace. Beautiful night sky. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough (10-25 min drive) to enjoy what the city has to offer. Quiet country hideaway Located on 4 acres, private yard. Beautiful night sky. This is a complete private two-bedroom, two-full bathroom apartment with its own private entrance and backyard. I am 10 miles out of town, a solid 10-20 drive into flagstaff, depending on where you want to go. That being said, I provide a quiet country atmosphere with incredible night sky's and outstanding amenities. So, if this distance will cause you to rate me a 4 or less instead of a 5 on location because it is inconvenient to drive 10-15 min to town for the bars and party culture, please pass on my listing. If you have already made a reservation, PLEASE CANCEL. (There are 10-15 other listings on average, available in town that would better suit your needs at a similar or lower price.) This is a complete private two-bedroom, two-full bathroom apartment with its own private entrance and backyard. I can control all of the other aspects of ratings except location. If you accept my invitation to stay, then accept location as atmosphere, (ie, no noise, no traffic, no gang bangers), and not because of convenience. As a courtesy to your host, if you feel that a rating of less than five in any area should be given, please state in your public comments what your rating was and why. This gives the host the opportunity to correct the deficiency and better serve you, our guests. Thank you. **Children and babies.*** The property is not child (12 and under) or baby appropriate for safety and decor reasons. Please do not request to book the suite. ****SMOKERS**** You may smoke whatever substance you wish.....OUTSIDE and 20 feet from any opening with those openings CLOSED. Guest access This is a complete private two-bedroom, two-full bathroom apartment with its own private entrance and backyard. Other things to note There is a per-person surcharge of $25/person and a $5 cleaning fee (total $30) after first two guests. And an additional $30 charge for two guests if they use both bedrooms or bathrooms.
