The space This apartment has two bedrooms: one master bedroom with ensuite (King bed) and a second bedroom also with it's own ensuite (Queen bed). The open plan design of the apartment is perfect for indoor/outdoor living and includes a private balcony and breathtaking views. There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car). There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts Guest access From the underground secured car park, a lift takes you straight up to the second floor where the apartment is located. Access to the complex facilities are on the ground floor. Other things to note Concierge services and Baby items available for hire (fees apply). Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key. We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given. No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.
