A lease with AirBNB terms must be completed and signed 3. $150 Membership transfer must be paid directly to the HOA (Optional Golf transfer for $200 for 1 month, $300 for 2 months and $400 for 3+ months) 4. $25 per car transponder fee must be paid to the HOA 5. Copies of drivers licenses must be provided to the HOA office 6.
