Your host will guide you through the process after booking: 1. Membership transfer forms must be completed and signed 2. A lease with AirBNB terms must be completed and signed 3. $250 Membership transfer and golf fee must be paid directly to the HOA ($150 if no golf) 4. $50 per car transponder fee must be paid to the HOA 5. Copies of drivers licenses must be provided to the HOA office 6. Background check must be completed at the expense of the guest ($25 / adult) Stays are subject to approval of the HOA board.
