The Enchanted House will transport you to a unique fantasy atmosphere, facing the highest waterfall in Europe. The space The house offers plenty of space available for maximum comfort (70/80m2) and there are various compartments tailored to accommodate all your personal effects. ★ OUTDOOR AREA/GARDEN: in front of the house, you will find an exclusive and free parking for residents/guests. A small gate leads to the flower garden for exclusive use with a table where it is possible to smoke, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. ★ ENTRANCE/STAIRCASE: entering the door you will find an ancient staircase redesigned in a fantasy style (there are safety hand slides to help people in difficulty). ★ LIVING ROOM: going up the stairs you find yourself in a very large living room furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be opened for 2 guests (Queen Size 160x190, with a very high quality and comfortable orthopedic mattress), a room divider, blackout curtains, a 42-inch SmartTV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and an 80W Hi-Fi audio system with subwoofer to enjoy movies and TV series with relatives and friends. There is no shortage of card games and various pastimes. ★ MASTER BEDROOM: delightful double bedroom with a large Queen Size bed (160x200) with orthopedic memory foam mattress and pocket springs, and blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in complete darkness. ★ BATHROOM: bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer with diffuser, lighted mirror, hand-body soap dispenser, and a free Made in Italy Luxury Welcome Kit offered by the house with cap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. ★ KITCHEN: large kitchen equipped with all possible comforts: grill/toaster, oven, microwave, tea kettle, washing machine, drying rack, Nespresso coffee machine, Moka for REAL Italian coffee, hand blender, ironing board ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and much more. Guest access The Enchanted House is entirely available to guests, and is able to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double sofa bed and a maximum of 2 pets. Other things to note ➤ The Enchanted House is committed to respecting the environment, replacing the use of air conditioners with large ceiling fans in all rooms. ➤ The house is located in a tourist place, lively and crossed by cars, therefore guests who, especially during the day, want a deep rest at home, may have some small inconveniences: we provide earplugs. ➤ There is a paper version manual, digital and interactive, to provide guests with tourist advice, where to eat, nearby attractions, how to use the various appliances in the house, and much more. ➤ The house is equipped with mosquito nets in ALL rooms. ➤ There are smoke, gas and carbon monoxide sensors, all with alarms, therefore smoking is permitted ONLY in the garden. ➤ The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the Valnerina mountains, the Marmore Falls, and the parks adjacent to the house. It also enjoys great lighting as it faces south and has large windows. ➤ Stable fiber optic Internet is provided (30Mb Download, 6Mb Upload). ➤ There is an emergency kit and fire extinguisher for any eventuality. ➤ The double beds (2) cannot be converted into single beds. ➤ Towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvet are provided. ➤ Pets: we provide bowls, beds, blankets for sofas/beds, toys, and welcome gifts. ➤ We provide make-up remover pads + micellar water. ➤ We provide various pastimes such as board games (Uno, Jenga, Shanghai, Labyrinth, Poker, Checkers, Piacentine, Barbie, children's books, anatomy games, crosswords, magnetic tablet, etc).
