With proximity to a marina on a beautiful promontory out into lake Möckeln, there is the opportunity to put in your own canoe or boat for fishing. NOTE: Not allowed to charge electric cars! The grove entrance by the garage door leads you through the laundry room into the house. Two of the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, are both on the right and with the small toilet opposite. You then enter a large kitchen with spacious counter surfaces. Fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen also contains a nice dining room part with access to the balcony on the private back side of the house. After the kitchen there is a larger bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The hall with another entrance door on the front of the house. At this end of the house is also a third bedroom with a double bed and the large living room with TV and sofa with divan for relaxation or socializing.
