The rental price does not include sheets, duvet covers and towels. However, I offer optional sets. Any excessive electricity consumption will be charged! (Ex: open windows with heating...) No pets allowed and no smoking in the accommodation Guest access the entire property is accessible to guests. Other things to note Located 25 minutes from Granville and 20 minutes from the beaches, you can take a boat and reach the Chausey and Guernsey Islands for a total change of scenery. 40 min from Mont-Saint-Michel, and the landing beaches, the vacation rental is ideal for those who want to visit and spend a quiet stay. For fishing lovers, there are ponds, first-class rivers and the sea. You will also find several hiking trails, for those who like walking. You can visit and enjoy the small surrounding villages and their markets.
