Located just 25 min from Disneyland Paris and 50 km from Paris. Enjoy an exceptional setting to create unforgettable memories. BEDROOM & SLEEPS: The property has 7 bedrooms for a total of 28 beds. On the ground floor BEDROOM 1 : 1 double bed 160x200 + a storage box BEDROOM 2 : 1 double bed 160x200 + 1 umbrella bed + one wardrobe BEDROOM 3 : 1 double bed 140x190 + a storage chest Upstairs BEDROOM 4 : 1 double bed 140x190 + storage cabinets BEDROOM 5 : 3 bunk beds (i.e. 6 single beds) + one storage chest BEDROOM 6 : 3 bunk beds (i.e. 6 single beds) BEDROOM 7 : 4 bunk beds (8 single beds) OUTDOOR & GARDEN: The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden of 4000m2 on which you will find: - An outdoor pool accessible from May to September included, providing an ideal setting for swimming and relaxing during this period - A summer kitchen. This one is equipped with a BBQ and its utensils (charcoal and fire starter not included in the rental price), a sink, a small fridge and a shower. - 5 garden tables to comfortably install 30 people. - A large pétanque court (Boules and Cochonnet provided) - Basketball basket (Ball provided) PARTY SPACE: To enhance your stay, the accommodation has a vast garden level ensuring you unforgettable moments of entertainment. LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM: Located on the ground floor, an extensive living/dining room with a wood fireplace (wood not provided), a sofa and a coffee table The dining room has two large tables that can accommodate all your guests. KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not provided), fridge and dishwasher. We provide you with all the necessary dishes for 28 people as well as the necessary amenities for cooking (pans, pots, pots, utensils...) BATHROOM: The property has 2 bathrooms. The first on the ground floor, equipped with double vanity furniture, shower and bathtub. The second on the 1st floor equipped with double vanity furniture, toilet and two showers. PARKING/PARKING: Free parking is available on-site to park all your vehicles. WIFI: WIFI is available for free in the accommodation with a good speed that will allow you, if you wish, to work in good conditions. OCCUPANCY: The accommodation is intended for 28 people. ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in time: From 5:00 PM We strive to make the booked accommodation available as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 PM. We do greetings in person. DEPARTURE TIME: Check Out: no later than 11:00 AM every day of the week. Before leaving the accommodation in the time allowed, we ask that you follow several checkout guidelines detailed in the house rules and which will be reminded to you the night before your departure. SECURITY DEPOSIT For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,500 is required from the tenant by bank imprint only (the amount requested is not debited at the time of the deposit, which does not affect your bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY. The amount will be "pre-recorded" and "uncashed" on your credit card as a security deposit. This amount will be released no later than 20 days after checkout, unless you deduct the amount of a “cleaning supplement”, “repair/replacement fee” or in case of breach of house rules. CLEANING: A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental. Before your stay, the home will have been cleaned and controlled. The cleaning service performed before your arrival in the accommodation includes the cleaning of the accommodation, the cleaning of the linens, the dressage of the beds, the provision of guest consumables and the control of the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the property to us in a decent state of cleanliness and tidy. We provide you with all the amenities you need to clean the space. HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Bedlinen are included in the price of the rental. When you arrive, the beds will be set up with clean sheets. We also provide you with bath mats and kitchen cloths. Please note that towels or bath towels are not included in the rental price. We offer them for rent (€5 per unit) on request subject to availability. NAMELY: Property is covered by a video surveillance system only on outdoor areas. Under no circumstances are the private spaces (Rooms, bathrooms, bathrooms) filmed. GUEST CONSUMABLES: At the time of your arrival at the accommodation, we provide you with: - Toilet Paper - Sponge & dish soap - Dishwasher tablet - Hand soap What's not included in the rental price: - Toilet towel - Body Wash & Shampoo - Charcoal and fire starter TRANSPORTATION: Marles-en-brie train station (Line P) from Paris is a 5-minute drive away. The Bus line 10 (Pays Briard) serves the city of Fontenay-Trésigny (Stop "Coubertin) from Gare de Marles-en-Brie in just 6 minutes. Then you will have to walk 10 minutes to the property. Disneyland Paris Park is only 25km away (25 minutes' drive away) NEIGHBORHOOD: Fontenay-Trésigny is a small town of about 5000 inhabitants. You will find all the shops you may need (Bar, tobacco, restaurant, florist, baker, butcher, ...). 2 supermarkets are available very close to the accommodation (Intermarché and LECLERC) accessible by car. ACCESS: You'll have access to the entire home except the laundry room in the basement. *The pool is accessible from May until late September. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge subject to: - that they are clean - that they do not damage the listing - Do not let them get on beds or sofas - to pick up their excrement.
