Located just 25 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 50 km from Paris. Enjoy an exceptional setting to create unforgettable memories. BEDROOM & BEDS: The property has 7 bedrooms for a total of 28 beds. On the ground floor BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed 160 x 200 + storage chest BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200 + 1 folding crib + 1 wardrobe BEDROOM 3: 1 double bed 140 x 190 + storage chest Upstairs BEDROOM 4: 1 double bed 140 x 190 + storage closets BEDROOM 5: 3 bunk beds (6 single beds) + storage dresser BEDROOM 6: 3 bunk beds (i.e. 6 single beds) BEDROOM 7: 4 bunk beds (i.e. 8 single beds) OUTDOORS & GARDEN: The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden of 4000 m2 with: - An outdoor swimming pool accessible from May to September inclusive, thus offering an ideal setting for swimming and relaxation during this period - A summer kitchen. This is equipped with a BBQ and its utensils (charcoal and fire lighter not included in the rental price), a sink, a small fridge and a shower. - 5 garden tables that can comfortably accommodate 30 people. - A large pétanque court (balls and jack provided) - A basketball net (Ball provided) PARTY SPACE: To enhance your stay, the accommodation has a large ground floor, ensuring you unforgettable moments of entertainment. LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM: Located on the ground floor, a large living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood not included), a sofa and a coffee table. The dining room has two large tables that can accommodate all your guests. KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully equipped with oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), fridge and dishwasher. We provide you with all the necessary dishes for 28 people as well as the necessary equipment for cooking (pans, saucepans, pots, utensils...) BATHROOM: The property has 2 bathrooms. The first on the ground floor, equipped with a double vanity unit, shower and bathtub. The second on the 1st floor is equipped with a double vanity unit, toilet and two showers. PARKING: Free parking is available on site to park all your vehicles. WIFI: Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodation with a good speed that will allow you, if you wish, to work in good conditions. HOME OCCUPANCY: The place is set up for 28 people. CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time: From 5:00 p.m. We're working to make the booked accommodation available as soon as we can, and no later than 5:00 p.m. We do the welcomes in person. CHECKOUT TIME: Checkout: no later than 11:00 a.m. 7 days a week. Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we ask that you follow several checkout instructions detailed in the house rules and which will be reminded to you the night before your departure. SECURITY DEPOSIT For each reservation, a security deposit is requested from the tenant up to €1500 by bank imprint only (The amount requested is not debited at the time of deposit which does not impact your bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY. The amount will be "pre-registered" and "not cashed" on your credit card as a security deposit. This amount will be released no later than 20 days after checkout, except to deduct the amount of a "cleaning fee", "repair/replacement fee" or in case of violation of the house rules. CLEANING: A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the space will have been cleaned and checked. The cleaning service provided before your arrival at the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the linen, making the beds, providing traveler consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a decent state of cleanliness and tidiness. We provide you with all the necessary amenities to clean the accommodation. HOUSEHOLD LINENS: Bed linens are included in the price of the rental. When you arrive, the beds will be made with clean linens. We also provide you with bath mats and kitchen cloths. Please note that hand towels or bath towels are not included in the rental price. We offer them for rent (€5 per unit) on request, subject to availability. GOOD TO KNOW: The property is covered by a video surveillance system only on the outside areas. Under no circumstances are private spaces (bedrooms, toilets, bathroom) filmed. TRAVEL CONSUMABLES: When you check in, we provide you with: - Toilet paper - Sponge & dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher tablet - Hand soap What's not included in the rental price: - Towel - Body Wash & Shampoo - Charcoal and fire lighter TRANSPORT: Marles-en-Brie station (Line P) from Paris is a 5-minute drive. Bus line 10 (Pays Briard) serves the city of Fontenay-Trésigny ("Coubertin" stop) from Marles-en-Brie station in just 6 minutes. Then you will need to walk 10 minutes to the property. Disneyland Paris Park is just 25 km away (25-minute drive) NEIGHBORHOOD: Fontenay-Trésigny is a small town with a population of about 5000. You will find all the shops you may need (Bar, tobacco, restaurant, florist, baker, butcher, etc.). 2 supermarkets are available very close to the accommodation (Intermarché and LECLERC) accessible by car. ACCESS: You will have access to the entire home except the laundry room in the basement. *The pool is accessible from May until end of September. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge on the following conditions: - they are clean - they do not damage the accommodation - you do not let them climb on beds or sofas - you pick up their excrement.
