The space This cozy cottage is tucked away at the end of a bumpy gravel road, offering privacy and charm. The road has some deep divots and is best navigated slowly in a sedan, though most vehicles with slightly higher clearance will do just fine. Relax outside with seating and a fire pit (guests bring their own firewood), or take a short forested trail to a community walking path and a large open field. Set in a quiet, safe country area, the cottage is surrounded by nature—you may spot deer, turkeys, and other local wildlife. The property hosts three cottages, so you may see fellow guests, and you might occasionally hear the sounds of country living, like children playing, dogs barking, or music drifting from nearby homes. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including a cozy living room with smart TV and workspace, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a full bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed, with linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Outside, enjoy seating and a fire pit, plus a short trail to a community path and open field. Other things to note Pet Policy We will consider small, well-trained dogs with prior approval. If your pet is approved, there is an additional $50 pet fee. Owners are fully responsible for their pets and any damages, excessive cleaning, or injuries caused during the stay. Any damage to the property, furniture, linens, or yard, as well as additional cleaning required due to pet hair, accidents, or odors, may result in additional charges. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pets must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless crated (for short periods). Please ensure pets are house-trained and that all waste is cleaned up promptly, both indoors and outdoors.
