The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two cozy double beds. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with cable and plenty of storage space. The living room is bright and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks. There's even a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The living room also features a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a selection of Disney-themed DVDs for your family's entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for your family, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There's also a dining area with seating for six, so you can enjoy your meals together as a family. USPS: Package will NOT get delivered as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. AMAZON / UPS / DHL / FEDEX: Packages will be delivered and left at the doorstep of the property. *HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. If you need mid-stay cleaning services it can be requested for an additional fee. *SUPPLIES: Our Starter-Pack includes the following items: - 2 Toilet paper roll per bathroom - 1 Mini Shampoo/Conditioner/ Soap per bathroom - 1 paper towel roll in kitchen - 1 garbage bag in each garbage can - 1 spare garbage bag in each garbage can - 1 kitchen sponge - 1 liquid dish soap - 1 powder for dishwasher - 1 power for washer machine - 2 Coffee bags for the coffeemaker - Packets of salt, pepper, sugar, Splenda, mustard, ketchup, mayo. These are complimentary items for first night, but guest is responsible for bringing their own supplies for the rest of the stay. *FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen cabinets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in. *RETURN OF FORGOTTEN PERSONAL ITEMS (if we find them): There is a $15 fee to return a personal item to guest address by mail, plus the cost of the shipping label and packaging used
