LIVING & DINING AREA Reached through a characterful hallway adorned with original wood beams, the inviting open-plan living area is enriched by accents of amber and colourful soft furnishings that enshrine a sense of warmth. Rich in natural light courtesy of two sets of French doors, this spacious room also boasts a convivial dining area, while antique furniture augments the refined mood. KITCHEN Creatively zoned from the wider living space with large windows that expertly draw in the light, the fully equipped kitchen is enlivened by gentle tones of teal and geometric patterned floor tiles. BEDROOMS Wildlife-themed wallpaper delivers a touch of pastoral charm to the principal bedroom, equipped with a large double bed, reading chair, mirror and vintage wardrobe. Situated adjacent to the living area, the second bedroom boasts a pull-down double bed, desk and views across the street below. BATHROOM Striking a nautical note with its shades of azure blue, the bathroom comprises a bath, walk-in shower and wash basin. A separate WC can also be found in the apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by a lift. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
